Ding! Operator Wanted is operated by Mukerji Media (Switzerland). This page explains what data the game and this website collect, how it is used, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
Nothing personal. The dinggoingup.com marketing site does not require an account, does not set advertising cookies, and does not embed third-party tracking scripts. The in-browser game stores your progress (cleared levels, best scores, settings) in your browser’s local storage on your own device.
Mukerji Media collects and processes no personal data — there is no account with us and no server we operate. Game progress is stored locally on your device. On the iOS and Android apps, if you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, optional cloud save and leaderboards send your progress and scores to those services (see §3); the web version keeps everything on-device only. We do not profile individuals, sell data, or share it with advertisers.
No crash reporting is enabled in the current release. If we add it in a future update, the report will contain only a stack trace, device model, and operating system version — never personally identifying information or game-content payloads — and you will be able to opt out in the in-game settings.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state.
Because we do not hold accounts, in most cases there is nothing on our side to access or delete. To clear locally-stored game progress, clear the site data for dinggoingup.com / ding.mukerjimedia.ch in your browser settings.
